True 45kV Live-Line Performance
The entire boom and basket are built with high-strength FRP, providing 45kV phase-to-phase dielectric protection. Each insulated section undergoes individual high-voltage testing before assembly - test reports ship with the truck. A built-in leakage current monitor displays real-time insulation integrity, and equipotential bonding cables ensure operator safety at line potential. Now you can replace insulators, service transformers, and trim trees without scheduling outages.
2. Articulating Boom: Reach Through the Maze
Distribution lines form a web of conductors, cross-arms, and hardware. The multi-section knuckle boom folds joint-by-joint, placing the basket above, below, or behind multiple obstacles that a straight boom cannot navigate. Maximum up-and-over capability of 8.5 meters lets you reach the far side of insulator strings.
