An asphalt sprinkler is an intelligent and automated high-tech product designed for spraying professional emulsion bitumen,
diluted bitumen, hot bitumen, and high viscosity modified bitumen. It is commonly used for building permeable oil, waterproofing
layers, and bonding layers of high-grade bitumen pavements. The sprinkler is composed of an automobile chassis, a bitumen tank body, a bitumen spraying and heating system, a heat conduction oil heating system, a hydraulic system, a combustion system, a control system, a pneumatic system, and an operating platform.
Our Advantages
(1) The stainless steel packaged tank body is beautifully designed and meanwhile durable and antiseptic. Thermal insulation of the tank body is satisfactory; washboard is provided in the tank to avoid inertial impaction while travelling.
(2) The three-section folding sprinkling rod could be moved upwards, downwards, leftwards and rightwards, to realize double or even triple sprinkling. Each nozzle is controlled separately, with sprinkling width subject free adjustment. The hand-held sprinkling gun is provided.
(3) The American DICKEY-JOHN radar is used to detect travelling speed automatically. It only requires setting of a sprinkling amount per square meter to allow the distributing truck to finish the sprinkling work. The sprinkling amount will not be influenced by travelling speed of the truck. Two sprinkling control systems are provided, with one located in the cab and controlled via a PLC touch screen, and another located on the operation platform and controlled manually.
(4) The Belgium JOHNSON high-viscosity asphalt pump with an insulation sleeve is used. The pump enjoys high performance and self-sucking enabled.
(5) The Italian RIELLO diesel burner is used, capable of automatic heating and heat preserving according to the temperature setting. The conduction oil heating system could heat the asphalt pump, nozzles and the tank bodies in an overall manner or in a separate manner. External power line could be used to realize host-less automatic cycling heating and ensure a longer service life of the main machine.
(6) The SINOTRUK HOWO 6X4 chassis is used, with a luxury cab to ensure comfortable operation. In addition, it is equipped with a 400L diesel tank and an air conditioner.
